2. Data we process and why

Contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, company, city, message); orders (name, phone, email, delivery address, company tax details for business orders, order and payment details — card details are never collected or stored); and technical server logs (IP address, requests) for security. We use them to answer requests, fulfil and invoice orders, handle installation and warranty, meet legal obligations and keep the site secure. We never sell or rent your data.

3. Sharing and transfers abroad

The site runs on Vercel Inc. (USA); the database is hosted by Neon (EU — Germany); notification emails are sent via Resend (USA). Your data may therefore be processed on servers abroad. Delivery details are shared with couriers, and records with accountants and authorities where legally required.

4. Retention and your rights

Form messages are kept for a reasonable period (up to 2 years); order and invoice records for the legally required period. You may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion (where no legal retention applies) and object to processing by writing to aakten@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
