Withdrawal period

You may return a product bought on our website within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Within 14 days, email aakten@gmail.com or call +90 392 366 57 41 with your order number.
2. Bring or ship the product with its original packaging, accessories and invoice as we instruct.
3. We refund the amount to your bank account within 14 days of receiving and checking the product.

Conditions and exceptions

Products must be unused and resaleable; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product is faulty. Installed, commissioned or sealed meters and devices, custom-made items, completed installation services and used products cannot be returned.

Faulty or damaged products

Tell us on the day of delivery, with a photo. We cover shipping for faulty products and repair, replace or refund them. Faults within the warranty period are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
