Buyer: the person placing an order on www.aktenguvenlik.com whose details appear on the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding products ordered electronically on the Seller's website, under the consumer legislation in force in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

3. Products, prices and payment

Product, quantity, price and payment method are as shown in the order summary. Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. Payment is by bank transfer or cash on delivery (a 79.90 TL service fee applies to cash on delivery). Products without a listed price ("Request a quote") are sold on the basis of a separate quote.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of confirmation (for bank transfers, of the payment being received). Shipping is free for orders of 5,000 TL and above, otherwise 249.90 TL.

5. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by notifying aakten@gmail.com or +90 392 366 57 41. Exceptions: custom-made items, meters or devices already installed, commissioned or sealed, installation services already completed with the Buyer's consent, and opened or used products. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty and disputes

Products carry the manufacturer's or importer's warranty; the invoice serves as the warranty document. The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus apply, and the courts of Gazimağusa have jurisdiction.
